How you set people up for success, share performance expectations, confront performance problems, praise, and recognize consistent performance is essential to your ongoing practice. Learning to influence more effectively through coaching saves everyone time, energy, stress, and resources.

These skills allow individuals to embody a fearless and fair balance for a results-driven business. They are practical and immediately useable, no matter your role or situation. We believe that the important and courageous conversations that you enter will impact the quality of your working relationships and will impact your whole organization, team, or company.

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    The way you think about influencing, the person you want to influence, and most importantly, how you show up to the conversation matters. Working relationships are critical to your success. Your ability to communicate effectively, regardless of your role or circle of influence, will not only impact whether you meet your goals as a thriving organization but also will impact your success, as well.
