Having helped thousands of people step into their voices, create a right relationship to livelihood, and step into their next threshold, Libby holds beautiful space for quiet, courageousness, and bold yeses. Libby works with organizations and leaders of all sizes and across the globe. She helps them create lasting and influential leadership skills that profoundly impact their approach to work, the language they use to influence, and the relationships they build. One of the only poets invited into boardrooms, Libby inspires them to access and express their artistry, even when they might not describe themselves as creative or innovative.

She is a founding faculty member of the Institute of Conversational Leadership and Invitas with poet David Whyte and was honored as a Nellie Cashman Woman Business Owner of the Year in 2014. In partnership with Steven Morris and Owen Ó Súilleabháin, she is a co-founder of The Studio, an immersive experience bringing artistry into leadership and organizational life. She has been quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and Harvard Business Review.
