The Grandest Adventure: Adapting To The New Business World with Libby Wagner
In a world marked by political division, unsettling media reporting, and economic turmoil, I sought to challenge my thinking and get closer to the truth.
Following the post-COVID lockdown, when all these factors were in play, I realized I needed a sabbatical to get my thoughts in order. This took the form of a solo, grand adventure across the United States by campervan, where I reflected, wrote, connected with ordinary people, and discovered what was happening and where my beliefs needed to shift.
Today, this is relevant once again, so it's time for a replay.

Coaching with Kindness
Presented by Libby Wagner
The VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) workplace post-pandemic means people in our workplaces need different things from employers. Companies that were successful despite how they treated workers now have to look at their culture, management, and communication more meaningfully. This session will explore why coaching with kindness is important today and how consultants can effectively carry it out.
